2022.07.13 - Every film in our range goes through a complete process before ending up in the hands of our customers. The first step? The Sales and Marketing departments. They analyse the questions and needs of the market. R&D then translates these into new product compositions. Curious about what goes on behind the scenes? The Sales and Marketing departments ensure that the films are placed in the market in the best possible way. Sales is specifically concerned with selling the products and attracting and maintaining customer relations. While Marketing focuses on communicating the products. Although the tasks are different, there is a good synergy between the departments. Thus, there are regular meetings to discuss the state of affairs, to make decisions and, above all, to bring all projects to a successful conclusion like a well-oiled machine.
Sales department
Sales specifically deals with the sale of the products and attracting and maintaining customer relations. After all, the customer is the main focus at Grafityp. The Sales team at Grafityp currently consists of 6 motivated employees, each with their own tasks. Brigitte Bosman, daughter of Herman Bosman, is the Sales Office Coordinator. She supervises the entire internal sales process. Sales administrators Anna, Jill and Daniel take care of our customers and strive for the best possible customer service. In addition, they support the sales managers in their tasks.

Commercial Manager Phil is responsible for the implementation and further development of the Grafityp policy. The focus is on the profitable growth of Grafityp’s sales. Phil optimises business processes, conducts market analysis and develops new campaigns. He is also the contact person for customers in all countries south of Belgium, from France to Australia.
Project & Business Development Manager Peter is responsible for customer relations and business development in the Benelux and Scandinavia. Customer visits with dealers are also part of his duties. This way, Peter is the first to know about the latest trends in the sign market. In addition, he is the contact person for the sale of ‘special projects’.
Marketing department
Marketing is an important part of the sales process at Grafityp. The marketing team markets the products in the best possible way to all target groups. Their tasks include coordinating campaigns, exhibitions and events. Determining the communication strategy and the full implementation of it also belongs to their responsibilities.

The team
Marketer Bruno is the language expert on the team. He translates everything into no less than 6 different languages. In addition, he makes sure that all technical data sheets and supporting sales materials are available to the customers. He is also responsible for the administrative and practical aspects of events and other projects.
Graphic designer Linda makes sure that our brochures, banners, etc. always look their best. She is also responsible for the availability of various colour samples. Walter supports various departments as ‘Support Digital Printing Materials’ by printing out proofs, studying quality complaints and drawing up printer profiles.

Many new innovations have appeared on the market in recent years. The Grafityp Ecogical Films and the Omega-Skinz car wraps are some important examples of this. New innovations also mean new insights and methods of application. Because we attach a great deal of importance to the quality of the application, we organise some fifty training courses every year in our training centre. We offer various types of training courses, ranging from car wrapping to paint protection and wall decoration. Wrapping specialist Rudi provides the training courses.

Interwoven
Sales and marketing are interwoven. At Grafityp you can take that literally. The people from the Sales and Marketing departments are in the same office. That way the communication lines are short and we can guarantee a smooth cooperation.
