29.01.2024 - We want our customers to stick with Grafityp. Short lines of communication and the right support for questions are therefore a must. To facilitate this, we recently expanded our sales team. Discover how we work on customer intimacy at Grafityp.

Whether you are a distributor, a signmaker or a dealer, as a customer you are at the heart of Grafityp. We make every effort to inform you correctly and support you where necessary. Our goal? To be a partner you can rely on and trust. We work on customer intimacy in various ways. Everything we do is to help you further so that your customers are just as satisfied with the result.
Higher responsiveness
Grafityp has grown significantly in recent years, which is why we expanded the internal sales team. Since January 2024, customer service employee Jasmine has been part of the Grafityp family. Thanks to the expansion, the workflow runs more smoothly. From order confirmation to replying to e-mails and personal contact with the customer. The result? We react more quickly and help you efficiently. In this way, we increase our responsiveness, with which Grafityp wants to distinguish itself.
Improved customer care
Customer intimacy goes hand in hand with customer care. Marketing assistant Bruno supports the sales team by following up complaints, registering quotes, organising marketing tools (e.g. fans, colour cards and brochures) and delivering visuals. This allows the team to fully focus on supporting our customers.
At Grafityp, you are not just a case we want to finish as quickly as possible. We take the time to listen to your question or comment and propose a tailor-made approach. Personal contact and building a bond with you as a customer are what we are all about.
