Trade fair season in full swing: recap Grafityp at C!Print & Wetec
2025.03.03 - The trade fair season is in full swing. In February, we descended on Lyon for C!Print and stopped in Stuttgart for Wetec. Two top exhibitions where we were able to present our products and get in touch with current and future customers. Discover the recap of the fairs in this blog!
First stop: C!Print in Lyon
From 4 to 6 February, we were at C!Print Lyon, France’s leading trade fair in the visual communication and printing industry. C!Print brings together professionals looking for inspiration and innovative print solutions.
At this 12th edition, we showcased our extensive product range and shared our expertise in car wrapping with an exclusive Omega-Skinz corner! Wrap expert Danny Beigne gave demonstrations on how easy Omega-Skinz films are to apply. The demo car was continuously given a new look with Robotic Steel (OS-612), Rising Force (OS-642), Mean Green Machine (OS-742) and Dionero Carbon (OS-1978), among others.

Second stop: Wetec in Stuttgart
A week later, we travelled to Stuttgart for Wetec. From 13 to 15 February, more than 240 exhibitors came together to show the latest innovations in sign making and digital printing. Visitors discovered the latest solutions specially developed to facilitate their workflow.
We joined together at UPM Raflatac’s stand, all in bar theme, to showcase our product range. In-house wrap expert Rudi showed there how to wrap cars with Omega-Skinz.
Wrap competition
In addition, UPM Raflatac hosted the Wrap & Style competition. Three teams competed against each other in an exciting battle. Among other things, they used Grafityp films to completely wrap their space in a theme. Team 1 consisted of a school that chose the Mario Kart theme; the wrappers had dressed up as Mario Kart characters for the occasion. The second team was a German company that gave their space and car a branded makeover. Our in-house car wrapper Rudi formed the third team. He chose striking colours that would not look out of place on a racetrack. The fair visitors selected their favourite team by putting their business card in the accompanying trophy. In the end, UPM crowned the Mario Kart team as the big winner.

Next up: Fespa Global Print Expo
The next stop on our trade fair tour is Berlin, where the Fespa Global Print Expo is taking place. Visit us at this show, you’ll be in the right place for all the innovations in print and signage. It is the international meeting place for manufacturers and distributors.
