Discover Grafityp’s sustainable approach
The new PVC-free products are a sustainable alternative to monomeric print media for large format printing. GEFx13UR is ideal for indoor application on even surfaces. Thanks to the grey removable adhesive, GEFx114R and GEFx116R are very interesting for applying temporary advertising on means of transport such as buses, trams, metros, etc. Thanks to the Air Escape technology, you can easily apply the films without bubbles. The removable adhesive ensures that no glue remains after removal.

GEFx13UR
GEFx13UR is the sustainable counterpart of the monomeric print film Mx113UR. It is a PVC-free white, matt GEF with ultra-removable water-based adhesive.
Application: specially designed for all possible indoor and short-term outdoor applications on flat surfaces. Ideal for indoor application on all smooth surfaces. For example, window stickers in showrooms, etc.
Technical: suitable for use on latex and UV printers.

GEFx114R
GEFx114R is the sustainable brother of the monomeric print film M114R.
It is a PVC-free glossy GEF. The adhesive is grey, removable and water-based. Air channels are also provided so you can easily apply the film without air bubbles.
Application: specially designed for all possible indoor and short-term outdoor promotional applications on flat surfaces.
Technical: suitable for use on latex and UV printers.

GEFx116R
GEFx116R is the sustainable variant of the monomeric print film M116R.
The PVC-free, matt GEF comes with grey removable water-based adhesive.
Application: specially designed for all possible indoor and short-term outdoor promotional applications on flat surfaces.
Technical: suitable for use on latex and UV printers.

Our extensive sustainable product range
Together with the two new GEF products (GEF116HT and GEF112S) we launched in February, we have added five sustainable films to our existing PVC-free range this year.
Meanwhile, Grafityp has sustainable alternatives for all visual applications in-house.
Sign making films
The PVC-free sign making films can be found in our range in glossy or matt versions. They have a colour guarantee of up to five years and contain a semi-permanent adhesive for the matt coloured cutting films and permanent adhesive for the glossy coloured cutting films. In addition, they are also shrink-proof.

Etched glass films
The PVC-free alternatives to etched glass films (sandblast films) are EFTR01 and EFTRx01.
The films also have a colour guarantee of up to five years and come with a permanent adhesive with (EFTRx01) or without (EFTR01) air escape. They are shrink-proof.
Digital print media
For digital printing, there are quite a few PVC-free films available. These include the recent GEF112S and GEF116HT for wall decoration. GEF ES, suitable for eco solvent printing, GEF UV for UV printing and GEF LX, suitable for LATEX printers. The films have a colour guarantee of up to five years and come with permanent adhesive. They are also shrink-proof. They are mainly used for shop fitting, displays and panels.

Print films for car wrapping
There is also a PVC-free alternative for wrapping cars in the form of PU50C. The film is suitable for eco solvent printing and soon also for latex printing. PU50C has a permanent, grey adhesive. It is shrink-resistant and contains no plasticisers. Its main applications are wrapping cars, vans and trucks. PU50C is made with Air Escape technology. This allows the film to be applied safely, efficiently and without bubbles.
Applications: 3D applications such as a digital full wrap, cars, trains, … For extra protection, combine the print film with the corresponding laminate LAMPU38.
Laminates
For laminates, we have several PVC-free variants in our range. Transparent laminate films are there to protect your print, they are shrink-proof and have a matt, satin or glossy finish. In addition, GEF laminates enjoy good UV resistance, up to five years in outdoor applications.
LAM 121 (UV) Matt, LAM 130 (UV) Satin, LAM 171 (UV) Glossy match perfectly with GEF ES and GEF LX films. LAMPU38 Glossy is suitable as a finish on PU50C.
